Is Mulligan CBD Legal?  

The short answer to that question is yes. Our CBD is within compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. Our CBD contains the legal less than 0.3% THC. We get this question a lot because there are a large number of people who do not know what CBD is. 

What is CBD?

CBD, short for cannabidiol, is the non-psychoactive compound in the hemp/cannabis plant. CBD is just one of the 60 phytocannabinoid compounds found in cannabis. CBD does not get users high. CBD does not leave you feeling intoxicated.  

Will CBD hemp flower make me fail a drug test?

We are not allowed to make any claims about this. However, we can say CBD is considered to be undetectable in saliva or urine test. If you are unsure and have to take a drug test, our advice is to notify your employer about using Mulligan CBD products. Let them know your concerns while telling them we are compliant with all applicable regulations – less than 0.3% THC content as required by law.  

Why do people smoke CBD?

We smoke Mulligan CBD for three important reasons: we like to smoke, and two, we enjoy organic “functionable” smoke. For us, CBD is the better alternative to smoke compared to smoking cigarettes/tobacco/cigars. Most important, unlike its cousin THC, CBD does not give you that lazy high feeling.

Can you tell me about Mulligan CBD strains?

We are happy to talk about our strains! We keep things simple by offering a strain for the morning, one for the day, and one for the evening. However, you can smoke any strain when you want. Morning Fog provides laser focus and is best before breakfast; it is the perfect smoke to start the day. Bermuda Nitro gives an uplifting/euphoric feeling, and it is the ideal smoke for enjoying whatever you are doing. Retro Sunset is best described like this, “think about a vibrant/warm/colorful sunset, that is the relaxing feeling of a Retro Sunset.”
